This tells me that the picture apps on the WD TV Live, both Picasa and Flickr are just viewing the initial thumbnail of the image, not the image itself, in its full size. And once again, when I hit the fullscreen option on the website, the image gets even bigger. All the images are displayed as smaller versions, smaller thumbnails, untill you click on an image, then it becomes full size. On the Flickr website, I noticed similar results. In order to see the image at a larger scale on my computer, I would need to change the view to the fullscreen option, that the website supports. In other words, on the Picasa Web Album webpage, on my computer, when I click to view an image, it displays on my screen, what appears to be, in the same size as what the WD TV Live App is displaying it. When I view my images on my computer, on Picasa Web Albums, one at a time, the images are not being displayed in full. Casper Baghuis (a valued customer) wrote an excellent article and how-to about Picasa and Google photos on your WordPress site all using Justified Image Grid.I just realized something, that may be the cause of the problem, or be a clue to help in solving this. Feeds from Google have excellent apabilities because the feed's photo count is not limited (unlike other sites' feeds), and photos come at a decent size! However, automatically figuring out the RSS feed URL based on a Google Photos album URL is not possible. You can easily access them via RSS feeds and put that into JIG. Yes! With Picasa recently discontinued and the Photos tab missing from Google+, all your photos are now just on Google Photos. They will remain in the library, and doubles of the images will appear after, beside the original images.
Go to the Home screen of your device and click on the Settings icon on it to open the application. Casper Baghuis is reviewing other options, but Google has not provided an API for accessing Google Photos albums yet. In order to solve this problem, you need to delete the caches and useless data of the Gallery App. The RSSerator can only generate RSS feeds for private and public albums created before February 9th. Disable the Sync Picasa Web Albums option.
Go to Settings > Accounts > your-Google-account and tap Account sync.

Unfortunately this means that RSS feeds cannot be generated anymore for newly created Google Photos albums. One of the ways to fix it when you cant delete photos from Gallery Android is to disable syncing with Google+ or Picasa on your phone.
